CHAMBERS USA RANKS MORE WHEELER TRIGG O'DONNELL LAWYERS FOR PRODUCT LIABILITY AND MASS TORTS DEFENSE THAN ANY FIRM NATIONWIDE
In its 2015 edition, Chambers USA recognized Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell (WTO) among the leading firms in the nation for product liability and mass torts defense (Band 2). Six WTO lawyers—more than any other law firm in the country—were nationally ranked for their accomplishments in this field.

In its editorial, Chambers USA writes that WTO “houses highly experienced practitioners and an impressive new guard operating throughout the country.” Noteworthy newcomers to the list include firm chairman, Michael O’Donnell (Band 5), who is recognized for his diverse national practice defending high-profile clients, and Michael Williams (Up and Coming), who, according to Chambers USA, is “widely acknowledged for his leading role representing Whirlpool in its front-loading washing machine litigation.”

Additionally, John Fitzpatrick (Band 4 and Spotlight Table) has been named alongside only three other lawyers in the nation for toxic tort defense nationwide. Fitzpatrick has tried over 60 asbestos cases to verdict.

Other ranked WTO lawyers include James Hooper (Band 5), who is heavily involved in current Zoloft litigation for Pfizer, Jack Trigg (Band 2), and Malcolm Wheeler (Senior Statesmen).

The firm is also recognized in Band 1 in Colorado for general commercial litigation and Band 3 for labor and employment litigation.
