SUPER LAWYERS - WHEELER TRIGG KENNEDY STYLE
Mike O'Donnell Mal Wheeler Kevin Kuhn Wheeler Trigg Kennedy continued its pre-eminence in the commercial litigation segment of the national legal market, and its dominance in the trial area with 10 lawyers selected for this year’s Colorado’s Super Lawyers List. Hugh Gottschalk and Paul Hultin made it in the Business Litigation category, Terry Ridley and Mal Wheeler for Civil Litigation Defense, Mike O’Donnell, Jack Trigg and John Vaught for Class Action/Mass Torts, Ray Martin for Employment & Labor, Mark Kennedy in the Franchise/Dealership category, and Kevin Kuhn for Personal Injury Defense -- Medical Malpractice.

“It’s an embarrassment of riches” said firm director Mike O’Donnell. “You do good work, get great results, and the market recognizes you with more clients and more assignments. Our client base is national and our case responsibilities run coast to coast. WTK lawyers have tried cases in every State and gone to verdict in 40 States. We go where our clients have their most pressing needs.”

WTK also had three lawyers – Kuhn, O'Donnell and Wheeler – on the top 50 list with Mike O’Donnell in the top 10.

Separately, O’Donnell noted the firm’s continuing build-up of top trial talent with the recent additions of Kevin Kuhn and John Fitzpatrick, both seasoned trial lawyers with extraordinary jury experience and trial results.
